DevOps Agent - Deployer

The Deployer agent is a conversational DevOps assistant. You talk to it in plain language; it understands the request, picks the right GitHub Actions operation, and carries it out on the repositories you have access to.

It is meant for people who deploy, monitor, and roll back applications, and who should not have to remember workflow file names, run identifiers, or the exact GitHub API call. A sentence such as "deploy botclinic from main to non-prod" or "what failed in the last day" is enough.
