EVENTS FOR THE COMMUNITY
European Resilience Summit

The European Resilience Summit is a series of high-impact gatherings across major European cities, uniting leaders from government, industry, and civil society to shape the continent's digital sovereignty. Each summit turns discussion into shared principles, builds trusted partnerships, and gives attendees practical steps to build secure, sovereign, and resilient digital infrastructure. Across six countries, the Summit series brings together over 1000 attendees, 50+ sessions, and 100+ speakers committed to moving from analysis to execution.

Matthias Kuom, CISERO Project Coordinator, will speak at the London Summit on Tuesday, 3 March 2026, from 12:10 pm to 12:35 pm at the County Suite Theatre in the panel discussion, "Building the Federated Digital Backbone for a Resilient Europe – United we scale," alongside Lauresha Toska and Emma Wehrwein. The session explores how federated cloud infrastructure strengthens Europe's digital resilience and strategic autonomy, demonstrating how CISERO's work as part of the IPCEI CIS initiative builds the operational foundation Europe needs to thrive in disruption.

The European Resilience Summit focuses on now, not 2030, not after the next crisis. The systems, capabilities, and relationships we need must be built in the very near term. CISERO's federated approach directly addresses this urgent timeline. The Summit operates along four connected dimensions: hardening organisations through cyber and digital resilience, building resilient industries by connecting policymakers and builders to accelerate industrial capacity, working with global technology while maintaining sovereignty through strategic governance, and building communities of practice that create cross-border trust and cooperation that cannot be improvised under pressure.

The Summit is designed for leaders responsible for outcomes: senior public servants, policymakers, industry leaders, technology experts, security professionals, and researchers who connect strategy with execution, learning with doing, and European priorities with global realities. The European Resilience Summit provides the platform to break through silos and build the collaborative infrastructure that enables genuine digital sovereignty and CISERO want to be part of this discussion.
