Webinar Presentation of Draft Model Contracts under the EU Data Act
The European Commission invites stakeholders and IPCEI-CIS projects to attend two upcoming webinars to present the latest draft Model Contractual Terms (MCTs) for data sharing and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cloud computing, developed as part of the implementation of the Data Act.

These sessions will be led by the chair of the expert group (DG JUST) and will include an overview of the draft contracts, the current state of play regarding the Recommendation under Article 41 of the Data Act, and an opportunity for questions and feedback.
Who should attend:
Stakeholders involved in data governance, legal compliance, cloud computing services, digital policy, and contractual negotiations. This includes representatives from industry, legal professionals, public authorities, and civil society with an interest in data regulation and cloud frameworks.
